Heading up to Mt Shasta this weekend

Wish me luck. This is my 4th or 5th time up there, this time without a group of teenagers. In the past, I've been there as a guide. So far, with all those trips (two climbs per trip), I have yet to reach the top. First time there, I felt the altitude. The other times, I know I could have made it, but each time had to drag some kid(s) back down to the basecamp. Oh well. I hope this trip turns out better. I'm going with a couple of friends of mine. Should be a great time: weather is good, avalanches at a lull, and I feel fairly strong. Who knows? We are not acclimating for very long (one day and up). A bit nervous, but should be a good challenge either way. I'll let you know if I make it.
