Glorious weather and unbeatable scenery left us enjoying Utah very much. On the way, we stopped in Yosemite and Death Valley. Even hit Vegas in the middle for dinner one night (ugh). Here's a shot of Zion Park and another of us at T-giving dinner around the fire.
One hike we did was up the Narrows, which is the canyon at the head of the Zion Valley (). Most of the hike was in knee-deep water of 45-50 degrees. Yikes. We had our own home-made system of wetsuits and neoprene socks. Worked pretty well, but the water was cold! Either way, very amazing hike. Towering sandstone walls guided us through the entire time. Just amazing.
Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving day!

Hey there Craig and Julie! Looks like you've got some good stuff going on. Zion is amazing. What did you think of being up on top of Angel's Landing? Whole 'lotta switch-backs. Yosemite is magical too. Glad that you got to get away. Hope that you are well.

I love Zion - beautiful! We had a great time in New Zealand. I'll have to post a few photos. I've got way to many on my blog and website.
